What it does: The portal reads the licence state from Avakode. Cancelled, refunded or expired licences stop scans and re-tests (monthly, portal, plugin and back office alike); the portal says which of the three it is (the plugin only shows that a re-test could not be requested). A payment that is being retried by the bank (past due) does not stop anything. What stays: The findings, the journal and the evidence pack stay in the portal for as long as the account exists. The verification tag, the statement shortcode and block, and the last-scan card in the plugin keep working. The journal export stays available for thirty days after an account is closed. Refunds: within 14 days of a payment, ask by e-mail and it is refunded in full. The window is the same 14 days as Avakode’s refund policy (avakode.com/refund/) for every Forge tool and set, and the Inclusive Forge refund page (inclusiveforge.com/refunds) says the same; a renewal charge carries the same window, counted from the renewal date. Asking cancels the subscription and nothing is deleted. For anything later, point the customer to [email protected].
