1. Prints the ownership tag.
2. Publishes the statement (shortcode or block).
3. Shows the last scan (score, open findings, findings marked fixed, accepted risk and false positives, date) on the settings screen and in a dashboard widget.
4. Lets the owner ask for a re-test; the service decides whether the monthly allowance permits it.
5. Checks that the verification tag is really there (and lists cache plugins known to strip it).
6. Has one settings screen, Settings > Inclusive Forge, for the Site token, the Webhook secret and the statement language, and shows whether the site is verified.
7. Fires the inclusiveforge/scan_completed action for other plugins (Cascade Forge, for example).
