- No sign-in e-mail after paying: check spam, then open app.inclusiveforge.com/activate with the purchase e-mail address and the key.
- Verification fails: the meta tag must be present in
of the live site (check caching plugins and CDN HTML caches); after you clear the cache, press “Check the proof now” in the portal again; the plugin’s settings screen lists cache plugins that are known to strip it. - Statement not showing: make sure the shortcode or block is on a published page and press “Refresh statement cache” in the plugin settings. If the settings screen says the statement is still to be published, publish it in the portal first.
- A finding I fixed still shows: run Re-test; the ledger records the fix as a new line rather than removing the old one.
- Re-test refused: the plugin names the reason when the monthly allowance is used up or a scan is already running. If the licence is cancelled, refunded or expired, the plugin only says that the re-test could not be requested right now and points to your account in the Inclusive Forge dashboard; the portal says which of the three it is.
- “Store limit reached”: Companion covers 1 store, Growth 3, Agency any number; a store whose ownership was never confirmed and that has no scan, journal entry, statement or manual review yet (an address added by mistake, for example) can be removed in the portal with Remove this store, to free a place. A store that already has records stays, because the journal is append-only.

- “Is this an overlay?” — No. It finds the barriers, tells you the fix for each, and records the work.
- “Does the plugin fix my store?” — No. It connects the store, proves ownership, publishes the statement and shows the last scan. The fixes are changes to your theme, templates or content.
