What it does: A purchase opens the customer’s account by itself. Two e-mails arrive: first the licence key from Avakode, then, within a couple of minutes, an e-mail “Your Inclusive Forge account is ready” from Inclusive Forge with a link that signs the customer in to the portal at app.inclusiveforge.com. That link works once and lasts 24 hours. If the sign-in e-mail does not come: open app.inclusiveforge.com/activate and enter the e-mail address used for the purchase and the licence key. The sign-in link is sent to the e-mail address of the licence; a different address is refused. A link asked for on the normal sign-in page lasts 15 minutes; a portal session lasts 30 days. Notes: The portal reads new licences from Avakode’s licence service about once a minute, so the account can take up to a minute or two to appear. The Avakode dashboard shows “0 activations” for an Inclusive Forge licence: the number of stores is counted and limited by the portal, not by the dashboard.
